Harjivandas Nemidas Securities Pvt. Ltd. traces its inception and history back to the year 1878. The Company, being one of the founder members of the Bombay Stock Exchange, has been in operation for more than 140 years now. The company is also a member of India's premier stock exchange, National Stock Exchange. Currently, the firm is managed by the 5th generation entrepreneurs.
The current management team, like their predecessors, comprises individuals with foresight and business acumen. The company maintains a cordial relationship with the top names in the Institutional segment of the market. The company enjoys the patronage of some of the top Financial Institutions and many corporate clients. Managing DirectorEver since Ranjan, a fourth-generation entrepreneur, joined in 1960, he has dedicated himself to the growth and development of HNSPL. Under Ranjan’s leadership, HNSPL has been able to position itself as one of the pioneers and well-respected institutional broking houses in the country. The clientele of the company depicts the Who’s Who of the Financial Institutional segment. His varied experience and expertise have earned him respect and support of the key players of the markets comprising of financial institutions, mutual funds, banks and corporates.

DirectorA fifth generation entrepreneur, Udayan is highly meticulous by nature and has pioneered back-office software development. He has also spearheaded technological initiatives as well as retail operations enabling our business to grow manifolds. Realising the need to capitalise on the rich experience and expertise of interacting with the big institutional players, Udayan introduced the offering of portfolio consultancy services to the huge HNI and the retail spectrum. He has also been instrumental in offering a complete bouquet of financial products like Insurance products, Mutual fund distribution etc to the esteemed clientele of the company.
Mr. Kartik Broker
DirectorYoung and energetic, Kartik has to his credit the experience of working with a leading corporate broking company and one of the leading FII broking house on the Institutional Sales desk. Realising the need to go beyond offering conventional financial services like broking, portfolio advisory etc, Kartik has been focusing on helping entrepreneurs raise funds for their business either by equity route or debt route. The company has been associated with players specializing in tapping the PE/ Venture Capital funds for potential entrepreneurs.
Mr. Tanish Broker
DirectorTanish holds an MSc in Banking & Finance from King's College London and a BSc in Finance from NMIMS Mumbai. Before returning to join HNSPL, he worked as a Lead Associate at Clearwater Analytics in Edinburgh, gaining exposure to institutional investment operations across global markets. At HNSPL, Tanish leads initiatives spanning institutional broking, SME IPO origination, and the firm's next-generation research and technology capabilities. His focus is on building the infrastructure for HNSPL's next chapter — deepening client relationships, expanding research output, and applying modern tools to a 147-year-old foundation.

We are registered Market Makers on the NSE and BSE.
As per SEBI guidelines for SME platform, every Company needs to have market-making for at least three years post listing. We also assist potential companies for listing on the SME platforms. We are associated with Merchant Bankers who specialise in managing IPOs for the SME segment. We provide complete bouquet of services, from preparing a potential company for listing on SME, arriving at fair valuation for the Company, coordinating with the merchant banker and the exchanges and market making post listing.
